Restaurants in the 509

The breakfast-and-coffee culture around Moses Lake's waterfront sets the tone for dining in the 509. Molo's Breakfast Tacos and the Taco Shop built their crowds on weekday mornings and weekends, and El Mirinda and El Charro Express-o cover the Mexican and Latin food side of the same town. That concentration is not an accident. The basin runs on early shifts, harvest crews, and people who want lunch fast.

Ephrata adds El Agave Mexican Restaurant, the busiest-reviewed listing in the directory with 272 ratings. Grand Coulee has Siam Palace, Thai and Chinese food in the same family for more than fifty years. Soap Lake has Mi Cocinita.

What the listings do not show yet is the agricultural supply side of eating here. The valley's farms and ranches are the biggest food economy in the 509, and restaurant kitchens across the basin draw on what grows nearby in season. If you farm, sell produce, or supply restaurants, this directory has no category for you yet and we would like to change that.
